I’m a child of immigrants too & I want to help you learn how to live a more authentic life.

Hi! I’m Vithusha & I’m a therapist in training who will be running this group. You’re probably here because you want to stop hiding parts of yourself and you want to feel more empowered in your life. I’ve been where you are and I am still learning. Being a child of immigrant parents is a lifelong journey of unlearning and learning, embracing the messy parts, and meeting yourself with compassion. I created this group because I am passionate about helping those like me. I’ve learned to show up more authentically and embrace the parts of me that I used to hate. You too deserve to live a life that feels good for you. Join me on this 8 week journey, we can grow together! Also, check out the video below where I talk about a personal experience as a child of immigrant parents.

Vithusha shares a personal story about having a tough conversation with her immigrant parents.
