Simran Bhaskar (she/her) is a Master’s counseling student at Arcadia University with a specialized focus on Trauma and Family & Child Therapy. Incredibly warm, down-to-earth, and deeply passionate about providing culturally responsive care, Simran brings a grounded and empathetic presence to her work. She is eager to work with a diverse mix of clients, including individuals, children, teens, adults, and families.

Simran works closely with medical residents, graduate students, Ph.D. candidates, and emerging young professionals who are navigating intense performance anxiety, early career burnout, and the ongoing struggle to establish healthy boundaries. Understanding the unique pressures placed on high-achieving individuals in demanding academic and professional environments, she provides a safe, supportive space to unpack stress, challenge perfectionism, and cultivate sustainable self-compassion.

Simran’s warm and welcoming approach allows clients to feel immediately at ease. She helps clients move beyond feeling overwhelmed, empowering them to build practical tools, reclaim their balance, and navigate life's transitions with greater confidence and authenticity.

Simran is currently accepting new clients for reduced-rate sessions and is able to see Pennsylvania residents both virtually and in person at our Philadelphia office.
